Refund policy
In case of customer requests, the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our shop and only after the quality check on the item(s).
On receiving your return the next step is for us to check the item(s). Once our checks are complete we’ll refund your credit/debit card. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).
Customers can also be refunded via Paypal. Therefore, the customer must inform the following Paypal account/mail by email gesion@outletdelux.es together with the information of the item(s) of the return.
Alta Moda Banus is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
